Agreement to Terms

By purchasing from DPI Gaming Store, whether through our physical store, website, social media channels, or other authorized sales channels, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing or confirming your order.

Product Warranty Terms

Products covered by an official manufacturer warranty are subject to the respective manufacturer’s warranty policies. Warranty claims may be processed through the authorized distributor, manufacturer, or designated service center.

Local Warranty

Local warranty generally covers functional and hardware-related faults within the stated warranty period.

Warranty coverage may become void in cases involving:

  • Broken or removed warranty seals
  • Physical damage
  • Burn marks or liquid damage
  • PCB or component repair/modification
  • Removed or altered serial numbers or stickers
  • Damage caused by power surges or incorrect voltage
  • Improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized modifications

International Warranty

Certain products may be supplied with international or manufacturer-specific warranty coverage.

In such cases, customers may need to contact the manufacturer or authorized service provider directly. Any international shipping, customs, handling, or other associated charges may be the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

Used Product Warranty

Used or refurbished products are covered according to the warranty period specifically stated on the invoice or product listing.

Depending on the product and warranty terms, coverage may not include:

  • Heating caused by poor airflow or improper installation
  • Software or Windows-related issues
  • Compatibility issues
  • Normal fan noise
  • Physical or liquid damage
  • Damage caused by voltage fluctuations or power-related issues
  • Damage resulting from misuse or unauthorized modification

Dead Pixel Policy

For monitors and other display products, dead-pixel coverage is subject to the manufacturer’s applicable standards and warranty policy.

A limited number of dead pixels may be considered acceptable under certain manufacturer policies. Replacement or warranty claims will therefore depend on the relevant brand’s dead-pixel policy.

Physical damage to the display panel is not covered under warranty.

Graphics Card Conditions

Graphics card warranty coverage may be void if the product:

  • Has been opened, repaired, or modified without authorization
  • Has a modified PCB or components
  • Shows signs of liquid or rust damage
  • Has burn damage caused by a PSU or electrical issue
  • Has been damaged due to improper installation or power fluctuations
  • Has been used for cryptocurrency mining where such use violates the applicable warranty conditions

Minor variations in GPU temperature, coil whine, and fan noise may be considered normal operating characteristics depending on the model and manufacturer specifications.

Custom Gaming PC Terms

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving the complete specifications of a custom-built PC before the order is finalized.

Once a custom PC has been assembled, changes to components, configuration, cable management, RGB setup, or other specifications may result in additional service or labor charges.

Software, Windows, driver, and third-party application issues are generally not considered hardware warranty issues.

RGB lighting, cooling solutions, fans, cables, and other aesthetic components may differ from product images depending on stock availability, compatibility, and manufacturer revisions.

DPI Gaming Store may recommend equivalent or compatible components when a specific component becomes unavailable, subject to customer approval.

Product Information & Availability

Product images, specifications, colors, packaging, and accessories may vary slightly from the actual product due to manufacturer revisions, stock availability, or updated product versions.

Prices and product availability may change without prior notice.

An order is considered confirmed only after DPI Gaming Store has verified product availability and, where applicable, received the required payment or advance payment.

Pricing & Payments

Customers are responsible for confirming the final price before completing their purchase.

Accepted payment methods may include bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, cash, or other payment methods offered by DPI Gaming Store.

Any applicable delivery charges, transaction fees, or other additional charges will be communicated to the customer where applicable.

Order Cancellation

DPI Gaming Store reserves the right to cancel or reject an order in circumstances including, but not limited to:

  • Incorrect or outdated pricing
  • Product unavailability
  • Incorrect product information
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Payment verification issues
  • Customer-requested cancellation
  • Other circumstances affecting the fulfillment of the order

For custom-built PCs or specially ordered products, cancellation terms may differ depending on the stage of order processing and components already purchased or assembled.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are subject to DPI Gaming Store’s applicable Return & Cancellation Policy.

Products must meet the relevant eligibility requirements for a return, replacement, or exchange.

Products showing physical damage, liquid damage, burn marks, broken seals, unauthorized modifications, or misuse may not qualify for return or warranty service.
